How can I review a page in a Doctum Course?

How do I know which courses I'm allowed to review?

After logging in to Doctum, the main page will display a drop down menu that contains all of the courses you are allowed to review.

Select a Course

If you do not see a course listed that you are supposed to be reviewing, please contact your Doctum administrator.

How do I launch a course?

Step 1: Login to Doctum with your username/password.

Some of the pages in my course are missing images or media files. What should I do?

If you are a course editor, login to the Doctum build environment and go to MANAGE CONTENT > MEDIA to verify that the file in question is located in the media directory. If it is not, you may need to reupload an element and republish your course.

If you are a reviewer, use the comment feature within the preview environment to alert the content editor of any missing media elements.

If you are a learner assigned to a course, contact your local Doctum editor and alert them to the missing media elements.

Some things in my Course are behaving strangely. What is the problem caused by?

My Doctum Course is running slowly. What is going on?

The most common cause for a course to run slowly is due to excessive file size of media elements within a course. These elements can include audio files, images, animations and videos. To best avoid the risk of a slow running course, please refer to the best practices document located here.

How will I know my learners have taken the course?

Doctum is capable of being run on your local LMS (Learning Management System). Additionally, some sample email script templates and Flash Actionscript files are available HERE to assist you.

Are my actions in Doctum being tracked?

In some cases, anonymous user activity is being recorded to help track usability and continue to make Doctum a better user experience. If you'd like more information regarding this topic, please view our Privacy Policy.

My Course isn't running correctly, what should I do?

Don't panic. If your course isn't running correctly, try relaunching it to duplicate the error. If the error persists, use the feedback tab located at the left hand side of all screens to make a suggestion or report a bug. All feedback will be reviewed and addressed as soon as possible.
